My Favorite Protein Smoothies

Smoothie Base  (approximately 330 cal)

3 oz plain greek yogurt  (approx 50 cal)
½ cup light plain silk milk (approx 50 cal)
½ scoop vanilla whey protein powder  (approx 100 cal)
1 Tbsp flaxseed mill (approx 30 cal)
1 small banana (approx 100 cal)

Then add some of the below combination to the base to make an awesome, filling, protein smoothie.
